We cannot accept any cancellations or refund requests after confirmation of your purchase due to the nature of digital content. *No matter which day of the month you join the membership , you will be charged for one month's subscription. Thereafter, unless you cancel your membership, your subscription will be automatically renewed on the first day of each month, and upon successful completion, the next month's subscription period will begin.
*If you cancel your membership even in the middle of a month (less than one month), you will NOT be able to use or view the contents of the membership at the time of cancellation (including not only your own cancellation procedure but also automatic cancellation due to a change of carrier, inability to use a credit card, expiration, etc.). Please note that we will not be able to refund the remaining days until the end of the month. Also, no refunds will be made for re-join within the same month, regardless of the reason.
