※The presales for iT'S MEMBER will take priority after FC presales for each artist.
iT’S MEMBER will have top priority for presales if FC presales are not available. The official presales (e-plus/ticket pia/etc.) and general presales will follow thereafter.

※If you cancel your paid membership before the end of the month, you will lose access immediately to the member content. Refunds for the days remaining
in the month cannot be issued.

About security code
A security code is a unique code used to prevent unauthorized usage of credit and debit cards. Please refer to the information written on each individual credit card below.
・For VISA, MasterCard, JCB, and Diners Club credit cards, it is a three-digit number printed on the back (just to the right of the main card number).
・American Express credit cards have a four-digit number printed on the front, located at the top right of the main card number.

How do I sign up for membership?
To utilize the website, you must register for a free login ID.
To register for a free ID, you will need an email address that can receive emails from our website.
- Enter your email address and password on the iT’S ID registration page.
- An email will be sent to the email address you provided to confirm your iT'S ID.
- Your iT’S ID will become valid once you click on the URL provided in the email.
- Next, visit My Page and select the "Join Paid Membership" option.
- The process is as follows: Enter user information, select a payment method, and complete the payment procedure to register for "iT'S MEMBER."
