VIP Upgrade Eligibility
・You must enter the phone number and payment slip number used during your initial reserved seat purchase.
・You can only apply for the exact same number of tickets as your original purchase.
・If you have two reserved seat tickets, you cannot upgrade only one. All tickets in your order must be upgraded together.
・Any application found without a valid ticket purchase from the eligible presale will be disqualified.
・You must apply using the same ticket account (Playguide) used for the original purchase. Applications made under a different name or account will be invalidated.

 

Examples of Invalid (Disqualified) Applications:
・You purchased 2 reserved seat tickets → You apply for 1 VIP upgrade.
・Result：Invalid. The number of upgrade applications must match your original purchase.

 

・Please double-check your order before purchasing. We cannot offer any refunds for accidental or incorrect VIP ticket purchases.
・Applications for tickets purchased through unauthorized resellers or third-party platforms will be rejected.
・VIP lottery winners will be announced after the physical or digital tickets have been issued.
・Wristband exchange may be required on the day of the show. Please ensure you are available at least 2 hours before doors open to allow enough time for ID verification and check-in.
