【VIP Upgrade Application Requirements】
・You must enter the phone number and payment slip number used when purchasing your reserved seat ticket on the application page.
・You may only apply for an upgrade for the EXACT SAME NUMBER of tickets as your existing reserved seat purchase.
・Even if you hold two tickets, you cannot upgrade only one of them.
・Applications from customers who have not purchased performance tickets at the designated box office will be invalid (rejected).
・You must apply using the same ticket agency account name as the original purchaser. Applications under a different name will be invalid (rejected).

(Examples of invalid applications (rejected)
・Purchased 2 reserved seat tickets ⇨ Applied for VIP upgrade for 1 ticket ⇨ Invalid (rejected) because the number purchased differs from the number applied for

※No refunds will be issued for VIP tickets purchased in error.
※Tickets purchased through unauthorized channels will not be accepted.
※Regarding soundcheck viewing times: Winners will receive separate instructions regarding meeting times and locations via the email address registered at least one week prior to the performance. Please ensure you have approximately 2 hours prior to the main venue opening available, including time for ID verification.
