※Upgrading to a new ticket requires an additional fee on top of the ticket you've already purchased.
※This offer is only available to customers who purchased their tickets during the iT’S MEMBER 1st and 2nd presales.
※Customers who purchased their tickets through the iT’S MEMBER 1st and 2nd inbound lotteries are not eligible for this upgrade.

【Upgrade Lottery Requirement】
・You can only apply for the same number of upgrade tickets as the number of tickets you originally purchased.
・For example, if you have two tickets, you can't upgrade just one of them.
・Your application will be rejected if you didn't purchase a ticket through the designated presales.
・You must apply using the same account and name that you used to buy the original ticket. Applications with a different name will be considered invalid and will be rejected.

※Examples of Invalid Applications (and why they'll be rejected)       ・You bought two tickets for the show on Monday, September 8, but you applied for two upgrade tickets for the show on Tuesday, September 9. Since the show dates are different, your application will be rejected.

・You bought two standard tickets but applied for only one upgrade ticket. Since the number of tickets doesn't match, your application will be rejected.

Note: We will not issue any refunds if you mistakenly purchase an upgrade ticket. We reserve the right to deny service to anyone who bought their tickets through unofficial channels.
